Online Recital Ticket Sale Information – Our Recital Ticket Sale will be held online this year Ticket sales will open at a specific and are sold on a first come first serve basis. All seating is assigned. Price per ticket: $25.00 plus fees. Each family is allowed a specific amount of tickets for their first allotment. Additional tickets will be available for purchase beginning Monday, May 5th. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the door the day of the recital one hour prior to the recital. You will receive the online ordering link and more information via email by Tuesday, April 1st regarding our new online ticket sale and the recital extras that will be offered.

 

Recital Boosters/Advertisements – We are offering advertisement/acknowledging space for our 2025 recital program. A QR code will be provided at the door and will be available to download and save! This is a great way to give local businesses advertisement or allow parents, grandparents and friends to congratulate their Dancer for a great year! You will be receiving an email with more information and pricing. If you do not receive this email by Sunday, March 9th, please contact Miss Carla. All advertisements/acknowledgements are due by Saturday, April 26th. No exceptions. Payment must be made by cash, check, Venmo or Zelle made out to Elite Dance Academy of Marlboro. No debit/credit cards will be accepted. Thank you for your cooperation.

 

Recital Picture Order Forms – This season, we will be using DSM Productions Dance Photography for our Recital pictures. Our picture date is scheduled for Saturday, April 26th, 2025. The pictures will be taken at the studio. A time slot for a group picture of each dance will be scheduled. Even if you are not planning to purchase individual photos this season, I am asking that you do come for the scheduled group picture so everyone who is in the dance will be photographed for advertisement purposes. Once the pictures are complete there is a 4-week turnaround. The online order form will be sent out via email within the next two weeks. If you do not receive it, please contact Miss Carla so another one can be sent out to you. A separate order form must be filled out for each costume you would like to be photographed in. You cannot combine costumes in to one package price. You can submit your online order up until 9:00 p.m. the day before our picture date. Should you have any questions, please see Miss Carla. Recital T-shirt Order Forms – LAST CALL FOR RECITAL SHIRTS! We will be offering commemorative recital t-shirts for our 6th annual recital, “In My Dance Era”. This is a great way for the dancers to remember their recital day and show their studio pride! An order form will be emailed as well as available in the office. All order forms are due on Saturday, March 15th. The recital t-shirts will be black with our recital theme and design on the front!!! The recital t-shirts will be $22.00 per shirt with the option to personalize them with your name on the back for an additional $3.00. Some fun ideas for personalization are Julia’s Mom, Hallie’s #1 Fan, Ella’s Best Friend or Hannah’s Sister!! T-shirts will be available in the office to try on for size.

 

Costume Balances Past Due – All costume balances were due by March 1st. If payment has not been received, a monthly 9.9% finance charge has been added. This charge will be added monthly until your balance is paid in full. If you have an automatic payment plan set up with us, your credit card was charged on March 1st for the balance of the costume. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to speak with Miss Carla.

 

School Closings – There are no scheduled school closings in March. EDA follows the Matawan-Aberdeen School System for emergency school closings. If Matawan schools are closed or dismissed early due to a weather emergency, EDA will also be closed that day. Saturday classes and rehearsals will be notified by email.
